Does Zigbee mean the thermostat needs no wiring?

Zigbee provides the communication link. The thermostat still requires the specified power supply and the appropriate electrical connections to the heating controls.

Can one thermostat control several rooms independently?

Independent zones require suitable room sensing and zone controls. A gateway can provide access to multiple compatible thermostats, while each zone’s wiring and actuator arrangement must be specified separately.

Is a floor sensor included?

Sensor availability and package contents depend on the model. Confirm the external sensor option and supported control modes when requesting a quotation.
