  • Description

3 Way brass motorized Valve for HVAC Fan Coil Bypass and Residential Heating and Cooling System

TP40 electric actuated valve is a reliable HVAC control component developed for fan coil units, air conditioning systems, and hydronic applications. The valve uses a separated actuator and valve body structure, allowing quick installation and easy replacement.

The internal limit switch automatically stops motor operation after the valve reaches full open or close position, improving safety, reducing energy consumption, and extending service life. The B-type actuator supports single-line control and multi-valve parallel connection for flexible HVAC system integration.

    FAQ

1.Does TP40 valve have manual operation function?

Yes. The actuator includes a manual valve opening lever, which is convenient for system adjustment, debugging, and maintenance.

2.What is the maximum valve pressure?

The valve pressure rating is 2.0 MPa, with an allowable pressure differential of 1.0 MPa.

3.What temperature range can TP40 handle?

The applicable medium temperature range is 2℃~95℃, and the ambient temperature range is 0℃~60℃.

4.What installation precautions should be considered?

Before installation, power must be switched off. The pipe should be clean and free of foreign objects, and a 50-micron

filter is recommended before the motorized valve.

5.Can TP40 valve be used in fan coil units?

Yes. TP40 is designed for air conditioning water systems and is widely suitable for FCU applications with chilled water or hot water control.
