2.What is the difference between the built-in sensor and the external floor sensor?

The built-in (internal) sensor measures air temperature inside the room. The external floor sensor is a wired probe embedded in the floor

that measures actual floor surface temperature. Floor sensors are essential for electric underfloor heating to prevent overheating sensitive 

flooring materials.

3.When should I use the external floor sensor

You should use the external floor sensor when Installing electric underfloor heating (required to protect flooring)

4.How do I calibrate my thermostat if the displayed temperature is wrong

Enter the configuration menu (usually by long-pressing a button for 7 seconds while powered off), locate the calibration setting (Function No. 1), 

and adjust from -9°C to +9°C. For example, if the thermostat displays 22°C but the actual room is 21°C, set calibration to -1°C.

5.How many time periods can I set per day?

Most programmable thermostats support 6 time periods per day. Common default settings are: Period 1 (wake) at 6:00, Period 2 (leave) at 8:00, 

Period 3 (midday) at 12:00, Period 4 (afternoon) at 14:00, Period 5 (evening) at 18:00, and Period 6 (sleep) at 22:00.
